Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of mon3y.io, including the application form and the call you book through it. They are between you and MON3Y, a sole proprietorship owned by Danny Meza in California. They are not the agreement to do work. If we end up working together, that is a separate written agreement with its own scope, price and term, and it governs the work.

Anyone may send an application. Sending one does not create an agreement, does not oblige us to work with you, and does not oblige you to anything. Please give us true answers. We use them to decide whether we can help, and an application that misdescribes the business wastes a call for both of us. We may decline any application, and we may cancel or reschedule a booked call. If we cancel we will tell you.

MON3Y application texts. If you opt in on our application form, MON3Y sends automated texts about your application and your growth plan call, from a MON3Y number. Opting in is optional and not a condition of anything. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to cancel. After STOP we send one confirmation and no more texts. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Questions: danny@mon3y.io.

Prices shown on this site are current at the time you read them and are not a quote. A quote is something we give you in writing after we have talked, and it is the one that counts. Ad spend is separate from anything we charge, it goes on your own card and to your own ad account, and it is never included in a price shown here. Nothing on this site promises a result. We do not promise a number of leads, a cost per lead, a volume of work, or an increase in revenue, and if any page ever reads as though it does, this sentence governs instead. Marketing depends on your market, your pricing, your crew and how fast you answer the phone, and none of those are ours. Where a guarantee applies to a particular tier, its terms and its exclusions travel with it and are part of it.

Use this site for its purpose. Do not attempt to break into it, overload it, scrape it, or reach parts of it you have not been given access to. Do not submit somebody else's details as though they were your own. We ring the number on an application, and a number submitted by somebody else is a call to a person who never asked for one.

The design, text, code and material on this site are ours. You may read them and share a link to them. Do not copy them for your own commercial use. What you send us stays yours. We take only the permission we need to read it, store it, and use it to prepare for and follow up on your call. We will not use your business name or logo as a customer reference without asking you first.

We work to keep this site available and we do not promise a particular level of uptime. The booking calendar is run by another company, and if it is down, the site cannot book you a call until it is back.

This site is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that anything on it fits a particular purpose. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or financial advice. To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability to you for anything arising out of your use of this site, where we have no signed agreement with you, is limited to one hundred dollars. Where we do have a signed agreement, that agreement's own limit applies instead. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for willful misconduct, or for anything the law does not permit to be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in San Diego County, California, and both sides agree to that venue.

We may change these terms. The version on this page is the one in force, and the date at the top says when it changed. A change applies to your use of the site from the day it is posted, and it does not change anything about an application you already sent.
